3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, pricing errors, or inability to verify eligibility. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We accept card payments (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). You represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.
5. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinotype is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products contrary to their intended laboratory research purpose. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kinotype harmless from any claims arising out of your use, handling, or storage of products, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
