You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher (laboratory, academic, or industry research professional) to access this Site or purchase products. By using this Site you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. Products are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or medical devices. Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use.

You may need to register an account to purchase products. You agree to (a) provide accurate and complete information, (b) maintain the confidentiality of your password, (c) accept responsibility for all activity under your account, and (d) accept the research-use disclaimer presented during registration.

4. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or jurisdictional restrictions.

We ship to United States addresses only (lower 48 states). Cold-chain insulated mailers are used for temperature-sensitive products. See our Shipping Policy for full details on transit times, costs, and delivery exceptions.

6. Refunds and Returns
