Nature of Our Products
Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on proper handling and storage, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or compromised items. This protects the quality and safety of every order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@kinotype.shop with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
Unopened Items
Unopened, sealed vials in their original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the buyer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply. Contact us before returning any item.
Non-Returnable
- Opened or used vials.
- Bacteriostatic water and reconstitution supplies once opened.
- Items not stored according to the included guidance.
- Orders more than 14 days past delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the equivalent amount of the original cryptocurrency at the time the refund is processed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our return terms above apply.
