No Returns After Delivery

Due to the nature of our products (research compounds for laboratory use), we do not accept returns after delivery. All sales are final.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Contact us at gustavocarden72@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Verified claims will receive a replacement at no charge.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at gustavocarden72@gmail.com to request cancellation.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide transaction evidence to the card issuer.
