Shipping Policy

Kinotype ships research-grade peptides cold-chain from McAllen, Texas. Here is what to expect.

1. Where we ship

United States only — lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are restricted.

2. Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) ship same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

3. Carriers and transit times

USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days, included free on orders over $100.
USPS Priority Mail Express — 1–2 business days, available at checkout.
UPS 2-Day — for time-sensitive orders, available at checkout.

4. Cold-chain packaging

All temperature-sensitive products ship in insulated mailers with phase-change cooling packs pre-conditioned to maintain 2–8°C target during transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable in transit and the cold-chain protects long-term lot integrity.

If your shipment arrives warm to the touch or the cold pack has fully melted, the product is likely still within specification — lyophilized peptides withstand brief excursions. Refrigerate immediately on receipt and notify us if you have concerns.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your label is created. Sign in to your account at any time to view all orders and tracking.

6. Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free Priority Mail on orders over $100.

7. Delivery exceptions

If a shipment is:

Lost in transit (not delivered after 10 business days from carrier acceptance) — we will reship at our cost.
Damaged on arrival (broken vial, leaked product) — photograph the package and contents, email us within 48 hours, and we will replace.
Returned to sender (wrong address, unclaimed) — we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

8. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by address errors after the package leaves our facility.
