Where We Ship
Full US shipping, operating from Texas. Every order leaves our facility in McAllen, Texas. We do not ship internationally.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive tracking by email once your order leaves our Texas facility.
Packaging
All compounds ship lyophilized (freeze-dried) in sealed vials, protected against light and impact. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature in transit; store them on arrival per the storage guidance included with your order.
Transit Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and shown at checkout. Expedited options are offered where available. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it (see our Refund Policy).
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided.
