Shipping Zones

We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping method options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

All orders ship from McAllen, TX 78501.

Delays

Kinotype is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are the carrier’s responsibility.
